1. 🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Within Pakistan: All major cities and towns

2. 🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):

  • Standard Shipping: 3 – 5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 – 2 business days (available in select cities)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

3. 💵 Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200/- or Free on orders above PKR 3000/-

  • Express Shipping: PKR 400/-

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. 📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

5. 🚚 Courier Partners

We partner with reliable delivery services such as:

  • TCS

  • Leopards Courier

  • Call Courier

  • M&P

Tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched.
